The Galah (pronounced /ɡəˈlɑː/), Eolophus roseicapilla, also known as the Rose-breasted Cockatoo, Galah Cockatoo, Roseate Cockatoo or Pink and Grey, is one of the most common and widespread cockatoos, and it can be found in open country in almost all parts of mainland Australia.

Koala means "one that never drinks". They live exclusively on eucalyptus plants, which give them very little energy. For this reason (and not, like some people think, because they are stoned or drugged by the plant) they sleep 20 hours a day. They spend the rest of the time eating and cleaning themselves by rubbing their fur with these big claws they have.

This is one one of the 6 peacocks living on campus. There are currently 2 males (one of them in the pictures above) and 4 females, one of which is entirely white. For some reason, they all chose to settle on the Arts & Human Sciences faculty, which is mine...

Le mont que l'on aperçoit en arrière plan est le Mont Baker, l'un des rares volcans en activité en Amérique du Nord. La mouette s'appelle Lilly. C'est une des rares mouettes à avoir un nom en Amérique du Nord.

....avec Raccoons Fastest, que dira-t-on du retour non raté de raton?! Le Lost Lagoon, un magnifique petit coin du gigantesque Stanley Park de Vancouver, qui fait plus de 400 ha. Un Inukshuk est un symbole de bienvenue pour les inuits. Ils en ont construit un peu partout comme éléments de repérage. Celui-ci a été construit par le gouvernement des Territoires du Nord-Ouest pour l'expo universelle de 87.
